Help! It's spreading!

I had posted a couple of weeks ago about one of my girls with a. Swollen eye and didn't get any response. It's been leaking a little bit of discharge and I've been keeping it clean and applying antibiotic ointment to it. She's a always been a bit of a loner so she's been keeping to herself, other than the eye thing she eats just fine. But I just noticed that ANOTHER one of my girls now has a swollen eye! Looks just like Heidi's started. Any advice would be most appreciated. I'm on an island and am very limited to resources or farm supplies stores.

It could possibly be mycoplasma (MG) which is a chronic respiratory disease, and can make carriers of your flock, and can also be transferred through hatching eggs. It can be treated with Tylan and tetracycline drugs. If you could get her tested, then you would know what you are dealing with.
