HELP I'VE ISOLATED A BULLY

This is the key thing (in my opinion). If she’s not following her around to beat on her, then that’s good sign. It’s normal for some birds to have a punching bag victim that they’ll smack whenever they cross paths.

You certainly don’t want anyone left out in the rain, so I’d keep a tentative eye on them.
That's what caught my attention was her being left outside alone. I'm cautiously hopeful thank you.

The only time I've had a bully before was my rooster who was being bullied. The victim ended up killing his bully and then went back to his sweet wonderful self

Ok update!!! My tiny girl has been eating and drinking with the others. Any time I went out there all is calm, just the occasional "hey move over" peck but no chasing. No bald spots, no injuries. But tonight everyone was on the roosts and she was out in the run and under the ramp to the coop. When I went in, she calmly got up and went inside and got up on the roost. Where she promptly sat staring at her bully without moving lol

Could she just like hanging out alone for a little before bed??

She may just hate crowds and the pandemonium of roosting time. I have a couple of low ranking hens that are last to go into the coop, and I'm pretty sure it's a strategy.
Well now I feel better thank you so much. Knowing that and the fact that she's not being chased? I'm building up some branches in a corner too to give her a quiet place
