I am sorry I have no idea but can you post a photo to show what it looks like? I have some 3 wk olds in the brooder and I thought I spotted a tiny amount of blood in poop this morning too. However, I thought this to be unlikely as they have not yet gone outside yet? I will follow to see what others with more experience might suggest.

You can try probiotics in the water and get feed that is medicated with a coccidiostat. Do they eat and act normal?

Medicated starter feed doesn't have enough amprolium to treat coccidiosis, just to help prevent. Amprolium is the main ingredient in Corid. It's the same stuff used for all farm animals. Treat the entire flock by adding it to their water for 1 week. The dose of 20% amprolium is 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water, and change the water daily. It's safe to feed to the entire flock and best to treat everyone since it spreads.

In the future, medicated feed is good to use when your chicks move outdoors. Coccidiosis lives in all soil, so the medicated feed will help their bodies learn to keep it at bay. Once their bodies are used to the cocci strain in your soil, they'll be fine.
