Help!!! Killed chick while assisting?

help I assisted and the chick seems to be dead, I out oil so it doesn't shrink wrap. There's no movement or anything I'm so scared please help guys like right now!!!! What should I do? I put it back in the incubator

I don't think you killed it, it probably died before you even started. It doesn't even look like it internally pipped. What day was it on?

If it's not moving it's dead, but again, that wouldn't be anything you did. Unless you caused a major bleed, which you did not because you haven't even touched the membrane, then you didn't kill it.
