Help! Lavender Orplington sick

I need some chicken medical advise! my lavender orplington (female) is showing signs of sickness. I found her this morning laying on the ground with the rest of the flock picking at her. I now have her in the house. she presents with clear nasal discharge, and mouth breathing. she has no obvious gull impaction. I started her on antibiotics via water and syringe. she is eating a little bit, any idea what it is? and any more tips on what else can I do for her? should I treat rest of flock? side note: my weather has fluctuated from upper 50's low 60's to 20's in the last 3 days. no other bird showing distress.

Sounds like a respiratory illness. You have done all the right things to treat it! Keep her on the antibiotics for 7 to 14 days. I wouldn't treat the entire flock unless you see others with the same symptoms.
