Help! Laying weird! ):

A couple months ago I posted that my hen was egg bound. I couldn't get the egg out at all and later that day I went in the coop and noticed there was a shell less egg. A couple weeks after that she laid about 3 in a row!! After that everything seemed fine. Tonight I went out to feed the girls and she started puffing up really big and laid an already cracked egg! I'm really worried about her! I know that if the shell cuts her vent it could cause infection..Is there anything that's causing this? All the other hens are laying just fine. ): Any ideas? Thanks

Just in case age is important, she's 10 months.

I found her in a nest this morning. I have been watching her and she didn't lay anything. Is this normal? Is she trying to push something out? Does anyone have a clue? Please help!!! ):
