Help??? Lethargic pullet laying soft-shelled eggs (with calcium deposits)

Help!.. my leghorn pullet is acting very lethargic all of a sudden. At first I thought she was sunbathing but while all the other hens are running around she's not moving. Her comb drooped over (though it's still normal in color) but she looks really tired and is hunched over. She won't even stand up fully and is walking very slowly. She keeps closing her eyes and doesn't have that much interest in treats or what the other hens are doing. Her diet is normal, and she seems fine in the morning, also no visible outside injuries.

She climbed into the nesting box a while ago, seemed to have been trying to lay an egg but now she's closed her eyes and not trying to move anymore...
