You can use Ivermectin horse spray or the garden dust from the feed store. Repeat in 10 days to get the newly hatched lice before they reproduce. If using ivermectin 5mg per ml pour-on, the dosage is 0.1 ml for every 2 pounds of weight. Repeat that in 14 days. If one has lice or mites the others probably have them too. After treating, the bedding should be removed and replaced. Also spray the roosts, emptied nest boxes, and coop. Gordons or Martins Permethrin 10 concentrate is a good buy, since it can be mixed with water to make gallons of spray for a spray bottle or garden sprayer. The inside label has mixing instructions.
