Help! Light green watery poop!!??

My little chick has become quite lethargic and doesn’t move like it used to when we first got it. Compare to it’s other two friends who are actively foraging and running around, this one reluctantly pecks at the dirt and lays down for the most part. I saw that it has pooped out this very liqudy light green coloring and am very scared that it’s life is at risk!! Please help!!

Yes, it’s still drinking water. I’ve also seen it eat, but it just seems very tired.

Where are you located in the world?

Can you get some photos of the chick?
What do you feed?
Any chance the chick could have eaten moldy food/feed, something rotten or something like plant fertilizer?

I would work on getting her hydrated and eating.
