He has no idea... he's a weekend farmer and in my post you'll see it was left over antibiotics from a chicken with an injured wing. I've tried to get pus out but can't

Ahh, I see now. Your first post has been edited (info subtracted and added).

All you can do is see if the antibiotics help, but the pus will need to be removed, chicken pus does not dry up on its own.

I'm not an expert on this, but I've heard people on this site talk about using needles to remove liquid/pus. I'm not sure if it would work in this situation. You should look into that. I would add some links or tag someone, but I don't know where to look
