Help! Lump on my hands foot

I noticed yesterday that my Barred Rock hen had this hard bump on her toe. She seems to be eating, drinking, walking, perching fine, but I can’t figure out what it is and how to treat it. Does anyone have any ideas what this may be and what I could do to heal it. She does not appear to be in pain. It has been bitterly cold here in Michigan, but I don’t know if that is the reason. Thank you for any advice.

You could try using a drawing salve to help bring whatever infection in her toe out. good luck !
