Maggots are around when there is something dead around - flys lay eggs but on something dead or open wounds - maybe a bird or animal got into your shop and died - look around

Yes, that's what I said. Look up on roof. Around walls inside & out. Even ck ur chickens. Could have 1 with wound under the wing & dripping them. But, follow the trail. Something is dead somewhere. Under floor?
