I Have One Male Khaki Campbell Duck Who Was Fine For The First Year With 9 other chickens, When All Of The Sudden He Went Insane Jumping On Every Single Chickens Over And Over And Over Again. Some Of The Chickens Pecked Him And He'd Stop Jumping On THem But Not All Of They. The Poor Two Chickens That Were No Nice To Peck Him Off Had Hardly Any Feathers Around There Neck From The Duck. After A Month Of Watching Those Poor Chickens Suffering We Took Him Out And Put Him In A Pen Beside THe Chickens For ARound A Month And A Half. I Felt Bad For The Duck Sleeping Outside In The Rain Every Night, So I Let The Duck Out With The Chickens (Today) I Haven't Seen Him Jumping On The Chickens Yet. So I'm Going To Leave Him With Them..
Hwooooooooo...... Thats My Depressing Story What Do You Think I Should Do

Seperate Him?

Get Another Duck?

Please Help Me Please!!!

IM GOING INSANE!!!

He needs a girlfriend he's trying to mate with the chickens :)

A drake can kill chickens by mating. It's really not funny at all. A drake's equipment is corkscrew shaped and very incomparable with a chicken, hen or roo.

I do not believe they meant it to be funny this could be a younger person posting this question that does not know about the mating ritual of ducks and that the duck is trying to mate the chickens. To them it looks like a game or the duck running around. On a side note I've NEVER had a drake kill one of my chickens by trying to mate it :)
