HELP ME ASAP PLEASE!!!

I have a one day old baby chick that can't poop. She squats over and pushes but nothing comes out. Her mamma has been setting all summer and has already lost one baby i don't want her to loose another. I think it's because she is lacking water. she won't drink it and peeps every time i stick her beak in the water. I added some olive oil into her bedtime snack and added in water too. How can i get her to drink the water?

I'm not sure if this would work but what if you fed it watery foods. Like cucumber. I mean you would have to put it in s food chopper because it's so young. Will it drink from an eye dropper?

She hates it and doesn't let us get it in her beak. we got a few drops in but she wouldn't let us get any more in.

Her bottom is clean? No pasty butt?

Is it eating? Will it maybe eat crushed up or chopped up prunes?

Like @Delani said, you might want to try giving the chick water using an eyedropper or syringe. This thread has more info: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...ve-chicks-fluids-medicines-with-an-eyedropper.

Including some vitamins and electrolytes in the water when you dropper feed (if you choose to do that) may also be beneficial. Hope she poops soon.
