She's one of the smartest of the bunch! I block the fence to the backyard on one side so they can't jump the fence n she's the only one that's figured out to go around to the other side! Lol for some reason ( maybe the neighbors dog on that side??) none of my birds like hanging on the opposite side of the house. It's all fenced in tho

My dad used to have a game hen that looked just like that, he used her to hatch dozens of chicks, about a year before her passing she went brrody 3 times in one year,she hatched bout 22 chicks that year.

She does look a lot like the Wheaton old English game bantam hen. Only difference is below her neck line her color gets a little darker than the hen posted in the pic of the site u wanted me to check out and after looking closer at savannahs pic u can see she does have white ears!!!

Actually I took the 18 eggs from under savannah after I realized they weren't gonna hatch n now she's sitting in a new batch!! Hopefully these ones are fertile!! My rooster, rocky is getting old!! My girls are getting too fast for him now! Lol luckily I have another rooster who will be sexually mature soon

I am new to chicken breeds, but if I am right I don't believe she would lay white eggs if she was a Welsummer.
