Here is what I did out of a mini fridge the egg turner fit perfectly If you wanted too you could use a larger fridge and have a second shelf as a hatching tray as well after day 19 in mine I have to take out the turner and place the eggs on the shelf, well insulated and holds temp/humidity really well.

It sounds to me like you are probably wanting a cabinet incubator, with a hatching tray if I am correct.

I have just built a cabinet incubator out of an old, insulated Shipping crate. I then covered the bare styro foam with wafer board, then I painted, and put 4 layers of sealer over that.
It has 2 hatching trays. It can hold 2 egg turners as well. And it has an extra large plexiglass viewing window.

By the way, these bulbs aren't the ones I am using. I just put these in here to check to see if I had wired the incubator correctly.

Well, Do ya have any questions for me? I would like to help in any way. I don't know how much materials you have, and what materials you need.

well, i would like to have a place for the chicks once they hatch ( while waiting for the others to hatch), but when you think about it, i would have to open the incubator, so I'm not sure. i am sure there will be stuff along the way :)
