Do you remember the name of the feed store? If you do start a conversation with me by pressing on my name and click start a conversation. I would be able to do a basic check of the store and by starting a conversation with only me you can keep the privacy of your location.

What in the world difference does it make knowing the name of the feed store?

It can depend on the quality of care at the feed store as well as other factors. Housing and other reports of similar cases of problems in chickens bought from that store.

Also, the breed would help. Some breeds are weaker than other health-wise. Does she have anything in her eye?

Nothing noticeable in eye and she is a silver laced wyandotte

Thank you. She is 4 years old and i havent brought any new hens.

She is 4 years old and i dont know her parent history. I just bought her from a regular feed store.

@jCaNe12 Tell us...you have had her for 4years and you purchased her as a chick from your local feed store, correct?

She may have had a peck or poke to the eye. If she can't see out of it there is not a lot that can be done. You can rinse the eye with saline to help remove any debris and apply an ophthalmic ointment is you notice any irritation.

There is no noticeable discharge around eye

You may need to observe her to make sure she is eating/drinking well. You can add poultry vitamins to her water.

OP has not made any mention of neurological symptoms like Wry Neck or Torticollis are we missing something?
