Help me, chicken sore bum

Hello can anyone help pictures of my chicken from today, little bantam, she has a sore bum

Picture on bum end, I gave her a wipe after just with water, bum with blood and small bit creamy liquid shiny bit

Noticed her egg the other day and she has done a few after looking like this lots of blood on

I not sure what to do, Do I need to take her to a vets?

Looks like she may have been picked.

I would clean the wound well, you can use Chlorhexidine, Betadine or similar. Apply Vetericyn or triple antibiotic ointment to the wound.
You may need to clean off the wound several times a day or as it gets soiled.
Is she alert/eating/drinking?

Protecting her from flies would be a good idea so she doesn't end up with Fly Strike.
If vet care is an option for you, consulting them is always best.

Thanks She is eating and drinking well, very chatty and moving around a lot, gets some bits of pain if you go to close to bum, also vent area keeps moving in and out a lot like she would poo or lay an egg
I know we noticed yesterday her head had been pecked so sprayed with wond spray purple stuff

Here is an update talked to the vet on the phone they said to keep her on her own , so have done in a cage next to other girls so she could see them and also clean her bum just with water once or twice a day so have done

So here is how her bum looks today, she is eating and drinking well and flapping about
