White leghorns are also know for laying lots and lots of Huge White eggs. I think they are available in most countries.

I did look up Orpington egg production it does seem my Orpingtons are laying way too many eggs I hope that’s not bad for there health

The hybrids used in commercial egg production have been bred for years and years with production in mind, the sex link aspect being second to this. Whilst one can eventually breed up through careful selection over decades, time will be shorter by starting with productive birds.

If you can get hold of red sex link hens and cockerels, then you will be able to select out silver and gold lines for sex link crosses within three generations.

If not, then find out what the other egg producers in your area are using (maybe hatch some and see). The production genetics are something we can't see, so are more difficult to fix than the colour.
