I don't have the best access to Saudi Arabian chicken breeds, but from what I can tell, she may just be called "brown." According to this study, it's considered a breed, but also has high genetic diversity within it, so they seem to be less standardized than what we in the US consider a breed. "Six Saudi native chicken breeds including black naked neck, brown frizzled, black, black barred, brown and gray were used in the current study." The consensus of these six breeds lines up with the abstracts of other studies, however I can't completely access them without paying.
