Well, my gosling is about 1.5 months old. He wasnt acting right today. I thought it was from the heat. I just went out, and walked over to him. He went to stand and his left leg, like the knee cap, is bulging out. And he is limping really really bad.

Could he have dislocated his kneecap or broken it? I have never had anything like this happen, and I am very very worried about him.

Please help.

I know little on geese but have read a few articles and many of the same conditions affecting poultry also affect geese. What you should do immediately however is separte and pen to limit movement. There are several conditions that can cause this in poultry (viral arthritis and some nutritional deficiencies also)
What kind of feed do you have him on? If it is an injury , limiting movement will go a long way to helping it recover.

If it is broken, you might want to immobilize it. Make a splint using popsickle sticks or whatever. Wrap it, preferably with a stretchy tape, but don't make it too tight, you don't want to cut off the circulation.
I had a chick with a broken leg, it healed very quickly.
