RIR = rhode island red? I think they didn't have a white head .

It doesn’t look RIR to me. Too light red. Could be a New Hampshire Red or Production Red maybe. Or a mix like mentioned.

My RIR male looked just like that it feathered out brown and black he’s the “bald” one closes to the coop. And the one looking in the mirror withe dark ring around his neck.
