Help me, Help my Muscovy

I think my Muscovy is dying, she is very lethargic, won't eat anything, won't come for food, she may have got some bacteria from the water but wouldn't all my ducks be sick if that were the case?
She ate some watermelon with seeds, would that bung her up? As I have not seen her poop in a couple days....please help me, she is just laying in a huddled position with her head tucked down. I already had a previous pet duck die in my arms, I don't really want to lose another one, especially if it's something I could have prevented @Miss Lydia can you help?

I don't think so, normally she is hesitant to let me touch her, but she is so lethargic that I can pick her up and she kind of melts into my arms

Is she laying yet? Any chance she's egg bound or had an egg break in her? I definitely recommend getting her to a poultry vet if you can.
