I just hatched out some eggs in my incubator. But not sure how to care for the newly hatched chicks. I put them in my broader with a heat lamp along with water and food. Brooder was located in my den. Next morning I had 3 chicks that had died I want to make sure I did not do anything wrong any advice you can give me would be appreciated

Moved them out after they dried off and where walking around that was about 6 PM checked them before bed at 10 next morning checked at 7 am and found the dead ones

They should stay in the incubator at least 12-24 hrs if not more after hatching, to make sure they are fully dry and that you don't dry out other chicks still trying to hatch. When did you take them out?

Hatched around 10 am moved them around 6 pm

As that is just about 8 hours, I would suggest waiting longer with your next hatch - closer to 24 hours. They are not in need of food or water for consumption for up to 72 hours as they are still feeding off the yolk reserves at hatching (this is why chicks are shipped as day olds)
