I have 6 laying hens, all seem well, but 3 of the 6 are picking on one chicken... She has dried blood on her comb, and I caught her hiding in the corner burying her head to protect it, I have taken her out and put her in another coop by herself. She goes out and walks around and lays in the grass and sand looks fine.

After 3 days, I put her back in with the rest of the chickens and they started after her again!!!! What gives?

I now have her by herself again, and took spaghetti out to the girls they love spaghetti, she kind of picked at it but didn't really eat it.....I don't know what to do?

I have Tylan 50 and Sulmet drinking solution in the house any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks
Vickie

Seperate the bullies. That'll knock them down the pecking order a bit. And make sure the one is healed before putting her back in with the rest.

Good luck,

LOL well hubby isn't going to like having to redo the coop, but I think that's what we need to do... thanks everyone.... I will continue to watch her and make sure she eats!!
