The Welsummer looks right. Could be a Brown Leghorn, though. I don't have experience with the other types. They are beautiful!

I am fairly sure its a welsummer as I ordered one and a blue laced wyandotte and one chick died. Doesn’t look like a wyandotte to me but I’ve been wrong before!

Agree with @Gray Farms assessment of all 3.
The splash is an EE, as legs are green, should be slate for ameraucana.
Brown leghorn would have white ear lobes.
Pretty birds!
