It could start crowing at any time. Does seller have a rooster return policy? If so, I'd hold onto a little longer just to be sure. If not, and you need to find a home, I'd start advertising now...find a brabanter group or local chicken group on FB and list your location. If you're not worried about him becoming dinner, you can always post on CL. Some farms will take roos for a fee. We always try to rehome our roos first but those we can't, we dispatch and eat so that we know there was no fear and it's as humane as possible ❤thank you..its only 10 weeks...should I keep it for a bit longer to know for sure? when would it start crowing?
