Help me identify the breed of my new rooster

I recently bought this wonderful rooster but I don't know the breed. Can you tell me which breed is it?
Moreover how can I help my rooster to improve his defected plumage?

Maybe a leghorn. It’s hard to tell with him being so thin and his feathers in poor condition.

I'm not going to venture a guess on the breed, however I have had good luck with Nutrena Feather Fixer helping roosters get their strut back!

I don't think it is a leghorn the comb is totally different. this rooster is most probably from thai or Indian game fowl breed but not sure which ones.
Any idea on how to improve his poor condition?

i just bought it 2 days ago and his condition was already poor
if you guys can give some advice to help me recover him
