I wouldn't either. Mareks birds can be asymptomatic (with symptoms) and still be carriers. You have an active case possibly, and that means any bird is suspect.

The thing is to not worry about it too much - it's very common. I'd bet a lot more "unknown cause of death" losses than we think are Marek's that has just been a long time in the bird.

The thing is just to not sell anything that you didn't vaccinate. Vaccinate at one day. Some people recommend boosters at one year or less. I'd follow the advice of this article:
