This bird was posted on a rooster rehome page. is it male or female? I see no saddle feathers, or rusty read on the wing bows. They claim it’s crowing but I know hens DO crow. Bottom picture for reference hen on left cock on right.

She is gorgeous. I would be tempted to get her if I were in your place. Might be worth it to tell the owner, but if crowing is an issue, a crowing pullet would not be of much better.

This makes me feel SO much better! I‘m the only one saying pullet. Ugh…
This is in Washington state if anyone needs a crowing pullet!
I did post that it was a pullet and privately sent the owner a message. More people are saying it’s a cockerel.

Well, it’s a pullet with one funky looking feather, I forget what type it’s is, but one of her tail feathers is pointing down.

This was on Facebook not BYC.
I saw that feather but it seems the breed has long tail feathers. It seems to be throwing people off.
