HELP ME PLEASE ! my chicken is less active, and lethargic

Can you help my 9 / 10 week old chicken?

My chicken has become less active, and lethargic and drinking lots of water . i have given Net-tex Poultry Nutri-Drops and seems to be walking around a little more but still drinking loads and falling to sleep like a week old chick does (lowering head to floor )is there any advice to why he / she is like this ? i am really worried , i have 11 more chickens older and younger and they are all running around fine

forgot to add noticed a runny beak too but thought this was due to drinking a lot of water . ???????
