Air cell at day 18 should be much larger and should be drawing down. Do a thread search for air cell sizes and you should find a chart that corresponds with age of embryo.

Ignore the eggs at the sides, those are the ones that are turning the ones in the middle are the ones that are due to hatch in 3 days , but the 2 circles in the middle the 1st small circle is when I first got them the bigger one is today’s air cell is that okay ??

Are you planning to take them out of the turner? If they are left in the turner, the chicks may get injured by the turner. Can you put a divider so the ones due to hatch can be separated from the ones still in the turner?
