Venessa just took a nibble of food the first timem in this whole day but then spit it out

Google up, 'Coccidiosis' and see if your baby chick is suffering from the same symptoms. If so, your chick could be saved but time is of the essence. If you do buy the Corid, use it on both chicks as I think they are contagious? I'm not sure though.

If you have a vet who sees chickens, and she can be seen this afternoon, then yes by all means.
Most chickens don’t treat chickens however.
And she will not survive through tomorrow if you don’t treat her.

It is carried about from them walking through it and pecking behavior.
