Since only one parent has a beard, the chick has a 50% chance of getting a beard. Even though she doesn't have a beard, based on the coloring, I would say she is an EE. She could still lay a green egg, I have a beardless ee that lays pretty blue/green eggs.

So do you think she is the daughter of the white ameraucana? Who would you think the mother is? If both her parents are ameraucanas then she would have a 100% chance of getting a beard?

it could be possible.
I don't know how dominiate the beard is, like they either have or they don't kind of dominate gene. Do all your EE hens have beards? The only other thing I can think of if she is "pure" EE, is have maybe one or 2 of her grandparents didn't have a beard, so both parents only have 1 copy of the beard gene instead of 2, so she got the double resessive of no beard, like the punnett square. Like I said earlier, IDK if that's how the beard/muff gene works. I have some half EEs (EE roo, nonEE hen) and their beards are not as big as my "pure" EEs.
