Mine went as high as 75% at the beginning and I had to remove a wet paper towel in one and sponge in the other.

I think it depends on if you are doing the dry hatch method or the regular way. With dry hatch it is 55-65% on lockdown. With the regular method people use about 70-75%, I think.
