I'm definitely keeping Firefly and Galinda, but am trying to decide which of the blue chicks to keep. I'm hoping for something built similarly to their father. (Not positive it's him, but suspect it is based on their dark skin (only a couple of my hens have this)... I know that's not a lot to go on. Really love my fluffy birds. If anyone had any guesses as to how they might change as they grow out, I'd love to hear. I know that's awfully hard to guess when you don't have any knowledge of their heritage.

FIREFLY
out of Calliope, an EE-cross, probably by my Cochin/Silkie-X
guess: pullet

Everyone is between 1 and 2 months. I know that's not super specific.... They were mostly born at the very end of March. The last EE, the light one, was born more recently.

Firefly, cockerel.
Galinda, pullet so far but update in a few weeks to be certain.
Grey, pullet.
Green, pullet.
Pink, orange, white, orange, all need a couple more weeks to mature.

Make sure to include pics of the combs when you update and a clear side view.

Hard to tell with some of them. But my guess is Galinda, green, & pink are pullets. How old it the 1st one?

The first one, Firefly, was born 3/18, the oldest chicken here by at least a week. When I attempted feather sexing with Firefly and the other one born the day before, I and others who saw the pics thought the other one was a male and Firefly was a female. I know people often feather sex EEs but I don't know all of this chicken's heritage, so I don't know that it was useful.

Gosh darn it. Firefly was the only one I was really hoping was a pullet... that she would replace my two red hens that passed. I never saw a red cockerel before, but I'm sure they exist! The neck feathers are rounded, not pointed, but I guess that comes with the next set of feathers?

They can. I’m just leaning towards rooster based on how red it’s comb & waddles are already. My red pullet is 11 weeks & doesn’t have any red on her comb & no waddles forming yet.
