I am thinking that 1 and 2 are both pullets and #3 is a roo.
I also think that #4 looks like a roo.
This is my guess. Silkies are kinda hard to tell.

Thanks everyone. I had them all sexed but the splash and I still don't know for sure what it is!

The dark blue and lighter blue look like pullets to me. The white is definitely a roo, and i believe the splash may be a roo as well. They are all very pretty!
