THey can be frustrating. If I move the nesting boxes they stop for a bit. switch them from one pen to another same thing! It's like they look for a reason to stop. One comforting thing to know though every hen (like human females) have a certain number of eggs they are going to lay in their life...at least ours will lay longer in age!
