We used to free feed Gator but only because he starved himself if he didn’t and he also didn’t overeat and stopped when he was full. I think future digs though I’d do a schedule but I’m not sure why really hahah and I know everybody says dogs won’t really starve themselves but Gator literally wouldI guess I'm one of the few people who free feeds dry dog food these days? He is allergic to many foods, this is the only one that doesn't give him joint pain, or the squirtsLike others have said, I’m pretty sure he has just trained you haha so I would just put the food down and let him figure it out. He may also just not like that particular food? Though if he eats it on a different dish that might not be it. But just don’t respond if he tries to get you to switch dishes again or whatever. Just put it down. You could also try feeding him in a crate or somewhere separate if she is stealing his food. He’s just quirky and trained you lol
