over all i think you need to tell us
if you rent or own
your lot size( acres)
if you have direct neighbors, and how far away they are from you .
What your plot is zoned as.
if you are in the city limits, im just going to assume you dont have acreage. I think you maybe need to refer to that section i listed above?
