I want to buy a good incubator for under 100$. Is this not enough to buy a good incubaotr with a good hatch rate?Any suggestions would be awesome! Oh, and I don't want a styrofoam.

Look on Craigslist. Once in awhile you can find one there. Check all the barn sales in your area. Other than that, you are out of luck.

My first suggestion would be the Hovabator 1588 but sounds like thats not what you want. Ive had many 100% hatches in it

Thanks for the info! This will be my first time hatching. Oh, and I have heard bad things about styrofoam. sooo.... I don't want to take any chance. If you think of anything between 100-250$ I can splurge a little bit but not more than that!

You would need to be quite lucky, the right place at the right time to find an incubator that is not styrofoam for under a hundred dollars. They are out there but it will require time, patience and a bit of luck.

I have a couple of old Gqf that I found for a hundred dollars each but looked for over a year before I found them. The hatcher and bator were a matched set at 200.

The parts to build a good cabinet bator will cost you 250 if you want a turner and I dont think you will have the wood to build it yet.

Good luck
