Help me with chicken poo!

I am very nervous about getting my first chickens, and I wanted to know what I should look for when they poop. Any pics would be awesome! (I think most of you dont take pics of your chickens poop) I don't know what normal and diseased poop looks like!

One of my BR's are having a Diarrhea problem, and also has a mess on her rear. I have washed her this morning and by this afternoon, she has the same thing again. She seems to be thinner than my other hens. I don't know if she has been laying or not. We have 12 chickens. She seems active, not droopy, but not for sure what to think. I have seen the webpage with the chicken poo ...any suggestions???
