I have a baby chick 3 weeks old an the poor things belly is swollen an it won't open its eyes what do I do

Is her vent clear or is there poop blocking it?

It's clear earlier it had like a yellowish fluid come out of it I'm new to this an I feel so helpless

What have you been giving this chick to eat, and when did it become sick?

Have you been feeding grit?

Is this your only chick? Have you had this chick for its entire three weeks?

I got it from tractor supply
An noticed it today when I came home from work
Not my only chic

I'm thinking perhaps the chicks has been eating pine shavings. Is that what you're using for bedding in the brooder?

Is the water clean or does it always have shavings kicked into the waterer?

If this is indeed the case, it would be a good thing to try to get some mineral oil down this chick/

Yes that's what I use an I don't have mineral oil on hand an all stores near me r closed

Use olive oil.
