I think you air cells look perfect.
I wouldn't change your humidity if I were you.
I'd keep it about the same as it has been so far.

I incubate my eggs in a fairly dry incubator.
I keep my humidity at about 30% and for me, in my house, that means adding almost no water.
I only bump it up to 50% once I see an external pip.
