A couple of mine looked like that just before hatch and the chicks still made it out alright. As long as there's room for a chick to get its beak into the air cell, they've still got a shot. Nothing is ruined—give them a chance.

It probably won't make much difference at this point, and you generally want high humidity at lockdown. But if I were you, I wouldn't add as much water for the next two or three days, then bump the humidity up for lockdown. Then all you can do is wait.

I'm really hoping for you —hatching is so fun but stressful.
