One of my hens ripped her comb on something today. I have no idea how it happened, I don’t see any blood on any other girls or anything that could’ve caused this damage. I have her isolated now and it is not actively bleeding. What are some things I can do to help her recovery?

Keep her away from the others, she will get pecked at. If you have it blue kote is a great way to keep the chickens away from it.
Avoid Blue Kote, especially around the head/eyes. Also it'll render eggs unsellable due to the ingredients it contains.
It's not intended for food producing animals.

If anything just plain blue food coloring.

Apply none pain relieving triple antibiotic ointment to the wound. Not much you can do. It may heal back together.
