Help! Mealworm bin infested!

I started a mealworm breeding project last year. They are in a sterilite bin halfway filled with oats. I give them carrots for food since potatoes rot easily. Anyways, the mealworms have bred like CRAZY and I have tons of mealworms and pupae, and darkling beetles and I have been very happy with the project. Anyway, so maybe I have been oblivious before, but when I opened the tub today to collect mealworms, I noticed thousands of these tiny light brown bugs crawling ALL THROUGH my bin, on the plastic, in the oats and everywhere!

and this freaked me out! I would hate to throw out these oats which have tons of mealworms eggs in it. What should I do/ what are these bugs? Thank you.

Good websites about raising mealworms, they have some info on what other bugs infest mealworm colonies and what to do about them, the second has some pictures of a grain mite infestation if that is unfortunately what you have.
