Hi ,
As you may have guessed I'm stuck on an island! My problem is I can't find anyone who is willing to ship fertile peafowl eggs here! I've done all my homework with my department of agriculture and I'm finally ready to introduce peafowl to my farm, but I m at a standstill because I cannot ship chicks such a long way and hatcheries that are willing to ship eggs here are not npip certified which is a MUST. Oh I'm stuck on the island of Guam. If you know someone who is willing to ship here and is npip certified, please let me know!
Thanks a bunch!!! Ps. Guam is a us territory like Puerto Rico .

You can get chicks or peafowls from US breeders, i think the long way will not be a problem. I got most of mine from US through a 22 hours flight trip. Many breeders will only ship 15+ birds or more, importing peafowls are so so expensive, you just need to keep this in your mind. If you are looking for just a few birds its better to look again locally even if their price was high.

They seem to have peafowl in the Guam Zoo, or is it only the fella?
If they have a pair they will certainly be coming up with some eggs, maybe you could ask them.

(If they only have the peaboy, I hope you donate a girlfriend to him whenever you finally get some peas!)

They do but all the peafowl are to old to breed.

How old are they?
