Thank you for the kind words. It really does surprise me that she was sick and managed to survive for so long...

Interestingly, I did not mention that a definitive change came over her after a friend gave her a Reiki Treatment the afternoon before ....She breathed deeply at that point, but was markedly different....worse really. It's almost as though she needed the treatment to give up clinging to life...and died within 24 hours after more than two months.... I've read stories on here about how it happens so fast....guess I needed the time to spend with her ....so very precious....in order to let go... Treasuring the memory of this helps the grief! Amazing how something so small can touch us so deeply....
