Hello! I have a 2 and a half week old Mille Fleur bantam chick, and I know it’s pretty early, but does anyone have any guess of what gender it is? I’m really hoping for a hen because our neighbors won’t let us keep roosters

It's too early to tell, but there's nothing pointing towards male at this point. Update in 2-4 weeks. Mille Fleur is the colour, D'Uccles is the breed
